so I had a frustrating experience with customer service. I was just trying to get a clear answer, but it felt like I kept getting sent in circles.

The replies took a while, and when they did come through, they felt kind of generic, like copy-and-paste responses. It didn’t really seem like anyone was actually reading what I was asking.
I do like Mizuno products, which is why this was extra disappointing. But after dealing with support like this, I’m not sure I’d want to order from mizunousa.com again

I bought these shoes thinking they’d last at least a decent amount of time, but the stitching started coming loose after just a few wears. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, but I definitely expected better quality than this. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

I ordered my usual size from Mizuno USA, it wasn’t even close. The shoes felt almost a full size too small, especially around the toe area, which was super tight.

I did check the size chart before ordering, so I’m not really sure what else I was supposed to go by. To make it more confusing, the email says one thing and the site seems to say another, so I wasn’t even sure what to trust at that point.

Now I have to deal with returning them, which is just annoying. I was really expecting the sizing to be more accurate, so I’m disappointed and probably won’t order shoes from their site again.

It looks clean overall, which I do like. But the style feels a bit dated to me. Nothing bad, just kind of plain.

I’ve been wearing these for walks and a few light runs, and they’re comfortable overall. My only regret is sticking with my usual size because they feel a bit tight around the middle and smaller than I expected. I can still wear them, so it’s not a total loss, but I do wish the sizing had been clearer before I ordered. They’re okay, just not as great as I hoped.
